Pumpkin Picking
So last week we went to get some pumpkins for Jayanne with Brian's parents. And I must tell you that I had no idea how hard it would be to pick a pumpkin. Jayanne went from pumpkin to pumpkin to pumpkin and for a while I thought we were never gonna find one that was good enough. They were either too dirty or too small or too big or something was wrong with the pumpkin. After she dragged grandma around and around she finally admitted to Jill that she was just teasing us and picked out two of them. It was a fun night. The next day we just put the pumpkins on the porch and Jayanne told that she just loved it. So now I don't know if we are even gonna do anything with them since them sitting on the porch is good enough. We'll see.

We got one from Walmart yesterday. Zach picked the one he did because he wanted the one with the dirt on the side. The others I pointed out were too clean.
ReplyDeleteFun!! We just have our little pumpkins from the garden which are about as big as an apple, but still pumpkins!

I didn't think she was big enough to be that picky about a pumpkin. Silly girl. All the better if she only wants them to sit on the front porch. Then you don't have to deal with the messy carving. Haha :)
