Team Frantic Is Back!!

After 6 years of not playing at all basically, Team Frantic is back!! And I love it! When Brian and I started dating he was on a semi-pro paintball team. They had played at tons of different places and had made a name for themselves. For a number of reasons they weren't able to continue playing after that year, until this summer. They were able to get most of the original team back together, which included Brian's brothers, and then some others that have played before. They played at a paintball tournament that gave all the money made to charity. They ended up 4th in the rookie division! That is super good considering they hadn't played in 6 years!! They had so much fun and are looking forward to playing again! And I can't wait either!! Jayanne is excited because when she gets older she will be able to play paintball with daddy and Milly.

Get Ready. So for those of you who don't know, you have to have the gun pointed towards the box before the game starts. If you don't and the game starts you get a penalty and have to sit the game out.

The Coach! Ryan was a member of the team back when they first started playing but because of a back injury he wasn't able to play this time.

Brian also played at another tournament this summer with a different team (which was put together by one of the guys that played on Team Frantic at this tournament) and they ended up 4th at that tournament too!

6 Years!

On May 30, Brian and I celebrated 6 years of marriage! HOLY COW! Six years doesn't seem like a way long time at all but that's still pretty impressive considering the kind of world we live in. At least to me anyways. We didn't do anything major but thanks to my parents we were able to be kid free. We did go to breakfast with the little ones before we dropped them off at my parents. We spent the day hiking up Adams Canyon, shopping and dinner at City Creek, and then we were able to catch the movie Iron Man 3 the next day before we picked up the little ones. It was a lot fun. I love being able to spend time with Brian. I love that he still makes me laugh and that he still puts up with me. He is such an amazing guy. He is so good with the kids and they love him to pieces. I still learn things about him all the time and he still teaches me so many things.  I am so lucky to be able to spend eternity with him. I couldn't ask for anyone better to be mine! Love you Brian!!

Graduation Day!

Ok, granted it was only 3 year old preschool but this was still a big deal for me. I cannot believe that Jayanne made it through a year of preschool! I am so super proud of her. I know this is totally gonna sound like bragging but she didn't get in trouble at all. Almost every day that I picked her up some other kid's parents were being talked to about what their kid did or didn't do and I never had to have that talk with her teachers. And that makes me happy!! She loved going to preschool. She loved her teachers, the kids she got to meet and the things she learned. Barneck Preschool did such an amazing job!!

They had a closing program before the kids graduated, or in Jayanne's case advanced. The program was really good. We did at the Clearfield Library. I felt bad because the power went out in the middle of the program so the last half we couldn't really see or hear the kids but the kids still had fun.

That jumped into the pool, where it was nice and cool.

And her and her friend Gracie got a valentine. She was excited because she got one from Brock.

My Day Off

I love when my sisters and I can all get time off and spend the day together! And this time was especially fun. We went to breakfast and then went shopping and then bowling. It was a lot of fun. We went to IHOP for breakfast, which was good. Then we hit up Target for some shopping. Sheri and I somehow convinced everyone else to spend money on new clothes but neither one of us bought anything. I'm not sure how that happened but it did. Then we went to Sparetime in Roy to get in some bowling. And that was a blast. By the 7th frame, Sheri and Kris were in a contest to see who could throw their ball the fastest. And if I remember correctly (we got together in May) Sheri won with her ball going around 35 mph. I won the game with a whopping score of 78. It was quite the game. We then ended our time together with a stop at Jamba Juice. GOOD TIMES!!

Her Last Field Trip

Well its the end of the school year (yes I know it was months ago) and that means it's time for Jayanne's last field trip. This one was a lot of fun. We rode the frontrunner and then the trax train to the Discovery Gateway Museum. We almost missed the frontrunner because we couldn't get the tickets to print but we made it. To tell you how close it was, the doors of the train closed on the stroller. That was fun. It was my first time on the frontrunner and to be honest it was nothing to write home about but Jayanne and Jackson had fun so it was worth it.

Jayanne loved the musuem. I had issues with it because you can only have strollers in certain areas of the museum so when Jackson was sleeping Jayanne could only play in certain areas. It wasn't really a big deal but at the same time it's kinda lame.

I think Jayanne's favorite part of the day was when we ate lunch with her really good friend Grace and rode the train back with her.
